An Aged Mason

George W. Thomas, Who Died at Grand Ledge Last Night.

George W. Thomas, one of the best known citizens of Grand Ledge, and a pioneer of Eagle township, died late last night, at the age of seventy-three years. Many years ago Mr. Thomas was a member of Lansing lodge No. 33, F. and A. M., and was the first master of the Masonic lodge at Grand Ledge. Deceased leaves a wife and two sons.
