-We learn from a person who recent ly visited Joseph H. Wamon is Jackson prison, that he is enjoying good health and has gotion fut on prisen fare. He now has a very easy job as book-kooper on the Webster wagon contract.

-This is about the time of year when most fraternal societies elect officers for the ensuing year. If the secretaries of the various societies in this city will furnich se the names of their newly elected offlforrs we would be glad to give them space.

-When the Masonic fraternity va cates their present quarters in the Berry block and moves into their new temple, the Knights of Pythias will take possesmion of their present rooms, which will make the K. P’s a very pleasant lodge room.
