Grand Ledge Independent

Busy Afternoon

Wednesday afternoon and evening, from 1 p. m. to 11 p. m., was one of the busiest sessions the Masonic Blue Lodge of Grand Ledge has had in some years. Three candidates were initiated in the mysteries of the entered apprentice degree and the Master Mason degree was conferred on six members. At 6:30 a splendid banquet was served, over which A. R. Cillies presided and introduced to the audience such distinguished speakers as W. J. Cameron and R. I. Lawson of Detroit, and I evs. Errington and Wooton of Grand Ledge.
