Secured Small Plunder

Officers Have Good Description and Will Probably Capture Robber.

It is an off week when no burglaries or hold-ups can be reported from this section of the state, and the present week is no exception.

On Tuesday afternoon, while Carson Sutherland was at John Brunger’s barn raising, and Mrs. Sutherland and daughter Mabel at Mrs. Emma Toaz’s, a tramp visited their home, west of town, and helped himself to a watch, two chains, a Masonic charm and 80 cents in money.

Clifford Sutherland was around the yard, but paid no attention to a noise In the house. The burglar made entrance by way of the east door and departed through an open window.

He was seen to pass the home of Mrs. Toaz and a good description of bim is therefore available.

Officers Toaz and Sebring are close on his track and in all probability will capture him.
