A number from Millett attended the publie card party that was given by the progressive club of Dimondale at the Odd Fellow hall of that place last Friday evening, Jan. 31st.

The Masonic lodge of Dimondale had charge of Ernest Richmond’s funeral that was held Saturday, 2:00 p. m., Feb. 1st, from the residence of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Richmond of Millett where Ernest was born thirty three years ago, and always lived. He had been sick several months and in December underwent an operation at the St. Lawrence hospital at Lansing, from which he never recovered, and died last Wednesday night at the home of his parents at Millett. He is survived by his parents and two brothers. Robert of Grand Rapids and Roy of Millett and one sister, Mrs. Marian Maxwell also of Millett.

Rev. Charles Kelsey officiated. Burial was at Delta Center.
